Here’s all the information you need to know about becoming a member of our premier club.
Membership Benefits:
Access to the club sailboat and club power boat: As a member, you’ll have the opportunity to use the club’s well maintained sailboat to sail and boat the lake.
Club races and regattas: Participate in thrilling races and friendly regattas, where you can test your skills, improve your sailing techniques, and enjoy the competitive spirit of the sport.
Club facilities: Enjoy exclusive access to our clubhouse, slips, and boat maintenance know-how from our members. Our facilities are designed to make your sailing and boating experience convenient and enjoyable. We have a private sandy beach for swimming, bonfires, and relaxation. The clubhouse has a kitchen, showers, lockers, meeting rooms, and what many consider “the best porch in North America”. We also have a covered pavilion complete with multiple gas grills and picnic tables for your cookouts and picnics. As an added bonus, we have on-site gasoline available for club members.
Launching and hauling: A boat crane launch in the spring and a boat crane haul-out in the fall, including outdoor winter storage for your boat. An on-site 6,000 lb crane is also available for use.
Social events and activities: Connect with a vibrant community of sailing enthusiasts through our organized social events, such as BBQs, parties, and themed gatherings. Build lasting friendships with fellow sailors and share unforgettable experiences both on and off the water.
Training programs and workshops: Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced sailor, our club offers members that will help you learn and workshops to help you improve your skills and knowledge. Learn from seasoned sailors and gain confidence in handling various sailing scenarios.

Membership Dues:
The Brockport Yacht Club is a self sustaining, not-for-profit organization, whose operational expenses are shared equally by all members. Because members contribute to the running and maintenance of the club, our membership dues are one of the lowest on the lake.
