We are thrilled to offer our members the opportunity to visit other yacht clubs around Lake Ontario through our reciprocal program.
Our reciprocal agreements provide access to some of the best yacht clubs on the lake and offer our members the chance to experience new sailing adventures, make new friends, and enjoy the many benefits of being part of a regional network of sailing enthusiasts.
Here are some of the reciprocal benefits that you can enjoy as a member of BYC:
1. Access to other Yacht Clubs: As a member of BYC, you can enjoy the privilege of visiting other yacht clubs in different parts of the world. Our reciprocal agreements allow our members to access many Lake Ontario yacht clubs and enjoy their facilities, including restaurants, bars, and other amenities
2. Reduced fees: Our reciprocal agreements allow our members to enjoy reduced fees when visiting other yacht clubs. This means that you can save money while enjoying the best that other yacht clubs have to offer.
3. Networking Opportunities: Our reciprocal program is an excellent way to expand your network of yacht enthusiasts. You will have the opportunity to meet other yacht club members and share your passion for sailing, boating, and other water-based activities.
4. Access to Events: Many yacht clubs organize exciting events throughout the year, and BYC members can participate in these events when you visit other yacht clubs. This includes regattas, races, and social events that are sure to be fun for everyone.

BYC members that are planning a trip to another yacht club should review our reciprocal document for information about our reciprocal agreements. We will be happy to assist you in making arrangements and ensure that you have a great experience when you visit another yacht club.

After visiting our “Visitor Information” page, please contact us in advance to let us know that you will be visiting, and we will be happy to provide you with all the information you need to make your visit a success.
